This is my inspiration card this week for Rubbernecker Stamps
I have colored the background with Color Burst and then
colored Corinne because I want her dress to match
the background:)
Usually I paint the stamp first and then find the matching paper
but here I've colored the background paper first and was very
pleased with it.
